Canada 2020 held its 2nd annual Canada 2020 Pre-Budget Debate. Panelists tackled the following questions

  • What does a credible fiscal plan look like?
  • How important is it to get a balanced budget in the short-term?
  • Is the economy still too fragile to end stimulus?
  • Should this budget begin to grapple with issues related to demographic change?
