In Conversation at Canada 2020: Indigenous Economic Reconciliation

Creating more and better opportunities for Indigenous economic development – in partnership with First Nations, Inuit and Metis people is one of the primary objectives of Reconciliation with Indigenous people.

To make that happen, it is essential that a broad community of stakeholders work together in close partnership towards removing barriers to education, providing training programs and other essential services, and empowering Indigenous entrepreneurs.

That’s why Canada 2020 invites you to join us in conversation with Indigenous and government leadership as we discuss the different paths forward towards Indigenous economic reconciliation in Canada.

Joining us will be the Right Honourable Paul Martin, Prime Minister of Canada from 2003 – 2006 and founder of the Martin Family Initiative, the Hon. Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Indigenous Services, Perry Bellegarde, National Chief of the Assembly of First Nations, and Chloe Ferguson, Project Manager for the Martin Family Initiative.
