Tim Barber is one of the three co-founders of Canada 2020. Tim has spent over 25 years over in and around the federal government and working on public policy issues in Ottawa. He has worked in the Federal Provincial relations office, the Privy Council Office, the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of International Trade. He has a long history of convening groups of people who share his passion for politics and public policy.
Between 1993 and 2001, Tim co-founded and organized the “Cathay Club”, as well as the annual “Bluesky” sessions held at Meech Lake (1999 to 2005).
